I had a job interview with Credit Valley Conservation, an organization devoted to protecting the natural environment. The organization aims to conserve the Credit River watershed area and educate others about the conservation efforts.
I had applied here for a contract graphic designer position, and I didn’t get hired. That said, they had some class — they sent me a rejection letter. So my skills are impressive, eh? Hmmm… I wonder what is the reason I didn’t get hired. Personality? Who knows… but they’ve earned some respect from me by letting me know their hiring decision either way.
Don’t worry, I got hired at a software development company a few days later.
