Starbucks recently introduced a new frappuccino, the Honey Latté. I asked the barista if it was any good and she responded with a hesitant “Ehhh… I’m not a big fan of it… but maybe you’ll like it. And if you don’t, I’ll make you something else free of charge.”
I didn’t like the drink. It was too sweet, and considering that I like my drinks sweet this is saying something. Honey does not belong in cold beverages. Derek doesn’t seem to mind though — he finished my drink!
What did I order? Honestly, I don’t remember… but hey, the barista kept her word and I got a free drink! (…I also think she was really bored as there were few customers at the moment getting their daily caffeine intake.)
